Five minutes drive to the LA ZENIA BOULEVARD commercial center and HABANERAS shopping center, Torrevieja tennis and yacht clubs, and a few kilometers away - golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place for walks.

The weekly rental price depends on the season and is:

50 euros per day or 350 per week in low season,

100 per day or 700 per week in mid-season,

180 euros per day or 1260 per week in high season.

- 200 euros - deposit, which is refunded, provided the property is preserved
- 95 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
