Cozy apartment for rent near the "Park of Nations"! The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, an American kitchen, and a balcony with city views. It is located on the fourth floor, with an area of 51 m2. The apartment can accommodate up to four people. It has everything necessary for living: bed linen, towels, dishes and kitchen appliances, a hairdryer, and air conditioning. The rental price includes internet (fiber optics). Spanish television (TV with SMART TV function). Large pool. The most famous park in Torrevieja, called "Parque de las Naciones," is located near the house. Festive events are held there, and it is simply pleasant to take a stroll with the family. The historical center of the city is just a 7-minute walk away, the beautiful promenade is 9 minutes away, and the sea is 5-7 minutes away. There are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. NO PETS!

Prices per week:

In low season 40 euros per night or 280 euros per week,

In mid season 55 euros per night or 385 euros per week, and

In high season 105 euros per night or 735 euros per week.

- 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
 

- 150 euro deposit, which is returned if the property is preserved.
