It has everything necessary for living: bed linen, towels, kitchenware and appliances, hairdryer. Air conditioning. The rental price includes internet (fiber optic). Spanish television (TV with SMART TV function). Large swimming pool. Near the house is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, called "National Park". Festive events are held there and it is simply nice to take a walk with your family. The historical center of the city is only 750 m away, the beautiful promenade and the sea are 900 m away. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Consum supermarket is 250 m away, city transport stop is 50 m away.

Prices per week:

in the low season 40 euros per night or 280 euros per week,

in the mid-season 55 euros per night or 385 euros per week, and

in the high season 95 euros per night or 665 euros per week.

Additional fees:

- 70 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.

- 150 euro deposit, which is refunded upon the condition of property preservation.
