The story of our company goes further than 26 years back. At that time the founder and CEO of the agency, Alexander Dashevskij, opened up his first real estate agency. In a few years, it became the biggest real estate network of the region.
Alexander spent his childhood in a tiny bedsitter with his parents so it became his dream to own a beautiful spacious house for all his family to live with comfort.
In 1992 at the age of 22 he bought a flat on the cheap, it was in a dreadful state. Alexander put it in order, made repairs and redecorated it all by himself. Shortly after that, he sold it gaining the necessary funds to open up his own business. Alexander worked hard, learning a lot himself and educating his staff in the process; he was actively developing and expanding his business. This is how the story of our real estate company begins. It has been doing very well on the real estate market for the last 26 years, 11 of which it operates in Spain, residing on Costa Blanka coast.
2007 became a changing point for our agency: we began our collaboration with major Spanish construction companies and signed our first contract on purchase and sale of a flat in Benidorm (a renowned resort city on the coast in the Alicante province).
Our EspanaTour dealt successfully with the crisis years, has grown up and become mature. Now it is a highly effective team of professionals providing a wide range of real estate services to our clients. We grant the total safety in any real estate activities.
