It is equipped with all necessary appliances, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, TV, and WIFI. The city center is nearby.

Within walking distance, there are plenty of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants.

PRICE:

- July-August, Christmas, Easter - 665 euros per week, 95 euros per night

- May-June, October - 455 euros per week or 65 euros per night

- Other months - 280 euros per week, 40 euros per night

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:

- SECURITY DEPOSIT - 150 euros, refundable upon departure if the property is left undamaged - 70 euros - for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
