Punta Prima is a quiet residential area located five minutes drive from Torrevieja. Within walking distance there are 2 pharmacies, numerous bars, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarket, fitness center. Good transportation connection and 2 bus stops. Within a five-minute drive - LA ZENIA BOULEVARD commercial center and HABANERAS shopping center, tennis and yacht clubs in Torrevieja, and within just a few kilometers - golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place for walks.

The weekly rental price depends on the season and is:

50 euros per day or 350 per week in low season,

85 euros per day or 595 per week in mid-season,

180 euros per day or 1260 per week in high season.

- 200 euros - deposit, which is refunded if the property is kept intact
- 95 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
