The apartment has everything you need for living: furniture, appliances, dishes, water filter, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, TV. Accommodates up to 5 people.

PRICES BY SEASON:
— low season — 50 euros per day or 350 per week
— mid season — 100 euros per day or 700 per week
— high season — 170 euros per day or 1190 per week

Additional fees:

— 200 euros — deposit, refundable if the property is left undamaged
— 100 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in
