Within walking distance are 2 pharmacies, numerous bars, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarket, fitness center. Good transportation connections and 2 bus stops. Within a five-minute drive - commercial center LA ZENIA BOLEVAR and shopping center HABANERAS, tennis and yacht clubs of Torrevieja, and within a few kilometers - golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place for walks.

Weekly rental price depends on the season and is: 490 euros in low season or 70 euros per day, 1050 in mid season or 150 euros per day, 1750 in high season — 250 euros per day.

- 400 euros - security deposit, refundable upon preservation of the property
- 100 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
