The apartment is located in the elite complex “Lomas del Mar” within walking distance from the sea and the wide, long (7 km) La Mata beach! The apartment has an area of 65 m2 and consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the city and the sea. The apartment's windows are oriented in three directions, providing natural light from morning till evening, as well as a 180º view. The apartment is fully equipped for living and relaxation, including appliances such as a mini dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, furniture, kitchenware, linens, and towels. Individual air conditioning and television are available. The complex is gated and has its own territory with a pool. The accommodation can host up to four people. Pets are allowed upon request! The complex is located just five minutes from the sea and the popular clean La Mata beach with promenades and parks. A 10-15 minute walk along the sea leads to a pine park with shady cool alleys, sandy dunes, and cascades. There are many restaurants nearby, but the street by the house is quiet and the urbanization is peaceful. Many cozy cafes and bars are located along the entire coast. There is a city bus stop near the house.

Rental cost depends on the season and is as follows per week:

385 (55 per night) euros in the low season,

595 (85 per night) in the mid season, and

1120 (160 per night) in the high season.

Additional fees:

- 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linens and towels. Paid once upon check-in.

- 200 euro deposit, refundable upon property preservation.
