Bright apartment for rent near "Parque de las Naciones"! The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an American kitchen, and a balcony with panoramic views. The 52 m2 apartment is suitable for a maximum of five people. It has everything necessary for living: bed linen, towels, kitchenware and appliances, hairdryer. Air conditioning. The rental price includes internet (fiber optic). Spanish television (TV with SMART TV function). Near the house is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, called "Parque de las Naciones". Festive events are held there and it is just pleasant to take a walk with the family. The historical city center is just a 7-minute walk away, the beautiful promenade is 9 minutes away, the beach is 5-7 minutes away. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. NO PETS!

The nearest store is 100 m away. There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The rental price depends on the season and is:

350 euros per week or 50 euros per day in low season,

455 euros per week or 65 euros per day in mid-season, and

840 euros per week or 120 euros per day in high season (June-July-August).

- 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
- 200 euros - deposit, which is returned upon preservation of property
