Sofa bed in the living room. 5 people can comfortably rest. The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, and the kitchen is equipped with kitchenware. Second floor of a 5-storey building, with an elevator. Balcony with side sea view. Nearby there is a Dialprix supermarket, many cafes, parks, playgrounds, and a city bus stop 200 m away. There is no pool, shared street parking.

PRICES:

low season - 40 euros per night or 280 euros per week
mid season - 60 euros per night or 420 euros per week
high season - 95 euros per night or 665 euros per week

Additional expenses:

- 70 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.

- Deposit - 150 euros, which will be returned if the property is preserved.
