A five-minute drive to the commercial center LA ZENIA BOULEVARD and the HABANERAS shopping center, tennis and yacht clubs of Torrevieja, and within just a few kilometers - golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place for walks.

The weekly rental price depends on the season and is:

60 euros per day or 420 per week in low season,

85 per day or 595 per week in mid season,

180 euros per day or 1260 per week in high season.

- 200 euros - deposit, refundable upon property preservation
- 95 euros for final cleaning + bedding and towels. Payable once upon check-in.
