The apartment is within walking distance of the best city beaches LOS LOCOS and DEL CURA. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beaches and city promenade. The apartment is equipped with all necessary items for living and leisure: furniture, appliances, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, bedding, towels, hairdryer, dishes. Accommodation option - up to 5 people. There is a sofa bed 130 cm, a double bed, and 2 beds each 90 cm.

The nearest shop is 30 meters away. There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The rental cost depends on the season and is:

- 350 euros per week or 50 euros per day in low season,

- 630 euros per week or 90 euros per day in mid season,

- 910 euros per week or 130 euros per day in high season.

Additional expenses:

- deposit 200 euros - refunded upon check-out if the property is undamaged
- 90 euros for final cleaning + bedding and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
