A bungalow is available for rent in the elite area of "AGUA NUEVAS" in a residence with a pool. The 70 m2 duplex consists of three bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen equipped with appliances, two bathrooms, and a courtyard. There is a table and chairs in the courtyard for outdoor dining. The house has air conditioning, fans, television, and WIFI included in the rental price. All necessary furniture, dishes, bedding, and towels are provided for living and relaxation. There is a pool on the residence grounds. Accommodation for up to 6 people. Pets are allowed upon request! 10-15 minutes by car to the sea, 2 km. Nearby there is a MERCADONA supermarket, shops, restaurants, stadium, water park, and famous discos in Torrevieja.

Rental price depends on the season and is per week:

60 euros per night or 420 euros per week in low season,

80 euros per night or 560 euros per week in mid-season, and

150 euros per night or 1050 euros per week in high season.

Additional conditions:

- 105 euros for final cleaning + bedding and towels. Paid once at check-in.

- 250 euros deposit, returned upon property preservation.
