We offer a bungalow - bright, with three bedrooms. There is a large living room with a sofa, kitchen, two very bright bedrooms, bathroom. There is also a solarium with a third bedroom and bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There is internet, television, air conditioning. The house is fully equipped for comfortable living. Parking - near the urbanization. Located in a quiet, peaceful closed urbanization with a beautiful large pool and green area. 1.4 km to the sea. Nearby there is a huge park "Parque de Naciones" and the pink lagoon "Salinas".

The city has a water park. From the port of Torrevieja, you can take a boat to Tabarca Island. Within a radius of 100 km, there are many historical and tourist attractions. 20 km from the city is Rio-Safari Elche Zoo. Elche is also known for its shoe shops - the city of shoemakers...

PRICES:
low season - 420 euros per week, 60 euros per night
Mid season - 770 euros per week, 110 euros per night (May, June, September, from December 20 to January 10, Easter period)
high season - 1160 euros per week, 160 euros per night (June, July, August)

Additional expenses:
- 115 euros for final cleaning + bedding and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
- 200 euros - deposit, which is refundable upon preservation of property.
