Closed urbanization with a large pool and park area. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, an American-style kitchen, and a balcony. Area of 55 m2. The apartment is designed for a maximum of four people. It has everything necessary for living: bed linen, towels, dishes, and appliances. TV, WIFI. Near the house is the most famous park in Torrevieja, "Parque de las Naciones". Various festive events are held there, and it's just nice to take a walk with the family. The historic city center is only 800 m away, and the beautiful promenade is 750 m away. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.

Prices per week:

in low season 280 euros or 40 euros per night,

in mid season 630 euros or 90 euros per night, and

in high season 980 euros or 140 euros per night.

Additional expenses:

- 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.

- deposit of 200 euros, which is refunded upon preservation of property
