The total area of the apartment is 55 m2, it consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, and a huge terrace with a stunning panoramic view of the city, park, pool, and sea. The residence has a huge adult and children's pool, a large park with palm trees and deciduous trees providing shade for a pleasant rest on the grass. The apartment has everything you need for living and leisure: air conditioning, furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen, and towels. TV, internet access is included in the rental price. Nearby there is a network supermarket "Mercadona", bars and restaurants, a bus stop for the city route. The accommodation option in the apartment is five people.

PRICES:

- low season - 50 euros per night or 350 euros per week
- mid season - 75 euros per night or 455 euros per week
- high season - 140 euros per night or 980 euros per week.

Additional payment:

- 90 euros - for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.

- Deposit - 200 euros, which will be returned subject to the safety of the property.
