Nearby the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, "Parque de las Naciones", where various holiday events take place, and it is simply pleasant to walk with the family. The historical city center is only 7 minutes away on foot, and the beautiful promenade is 9 minutes away. There are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Rental of a high chair is included in the price.
 

Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.
 

Prices per week:

in low season 350 euros or 50 euros per night,

in mid season 525 euros or 75 euros per night, and

in high season 770 euros or 110 euros per night.

Additional expenses:

- 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.

- deposit of 150 euros, which is refunded upon the condition of property preservation

- Check-in after 21.00 in the evening - additional 20 euros.

- Check-in with pets upon request (additional payment of 35 euros).
