On the first floor (level) of the apartment - a living room and kitchen. On the second floor - a bathroom, bedroom, and balcony. Access to the balcony is via a spiral staircase.

PRICE:

Low season - 665 euros per week, 95 euros per night

Mid season - 455 euros per week or 65 euros per night

High season - 280 euros per week, 40 euros per night

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:

- SECURITY DEPOSIT - 150 euros, refundable upon check-out if the property is well-maintained

- 70 euros - final cleaning fee, payable once upon check-in
