The apartment is suitable for a maximum of six people. It has everything you need for living: bed linen, towels, kitchenware, and electrical appliances. TV, WIFI. There is a shared pool. The most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, "Parque de las Naciones", is located near the house. Various festive events are held there, and it is simply pleasant to take a walk with the family. The historic city center is just a 7-minute walk away, and the beautiful promenade is 9 minutes away. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.

Prices per week:

in low season 350 euros or 50 euros per night,

in mid season 490 euros or 70 euros per night, and

in high season 980 euros or 140 euros per night.

Additional costs:

- 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
