Nearby there are many green parks with children's playgrounds. The spacious terrace offers panoramic views of the pool and the sea. Private parking space in the garage. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6. There is a powerful air conditioner in the apartment. Separate kitchen. Bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a large double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed. In the living room, there is a sofa. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

PRICES:

- Low season - 50 euros per night or 350 euros per week
- Mid season - 85 euros per night or 595 euros per week (May, September, June)
- High season - 130 euros per night or 910 euros per week (July-August)

Additional charges:

- 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once at check-in.

- Deposit - 200 euros, refunded upon check-out, provided that the property is intact.
