The bedroom has a large bed, the living room has a sofa bed. 4 people can comfortably rest. Modern appliances, including a dishwasher. There is a storage room. The beach is 400 meters away.

Orihuela Costa is a quiet residential area located seven minutes drive from Torrevieja. Pharmacies, numerous bars, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarket, fitness center are within walking distance. Good transportation links and 2 bus stops. A five-minute drive away is the LA ZENIA BOULEVARD shopping center, HABANERAS shopping center, tennis and yacht clubs in Torrevieja, and within just a few kilometers are the Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca golf clubs. A great place for walks.

The weekly rental price depends on the season and is:

280 euros in low season or 40 euros per day,

490 in medium season or 70 euros per day,

770 in high season or 110 euros per day.

- 200 euros - deposit, which is refundable, provided the property is preserved
- 70 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
