The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, an American-style kitchen and a balcony. The area is 52 m2. The apartment is designed for a maximum of four people. It has everything necessary for living: bed linen, towels, dishes and electrical appliances. TV, WIFI. Near the house is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, the "Park of Nations". It hosts various festive events, and it's just nice to take a walk with your family there. The historical center of the city is only 7 minutes on foot, and the beautiful embankment is 9 minutes away. There are grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby.

Prices per week:

in low season 280 euros or 40 euros per night,

in the average season 420 euros or 60 euros per night and

in high season, 770 euros or 110 euros per night.
