Cozy apartment for rent in a house with a swimming pool near the "Park of Nations"! The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, French kitchen and terrace overlooking the pool. Area of 57 m2. The apartment is designed for a maximum of six people. Has everything you need for living: bed linen, towels, dishes and electrical appliances. TV Spanish (TV with SMART TV function), WIFI. There is a communal swimming pool. Near the house is the most famous Park in Torrevieja, called "Park of Nations". It hosts various festive events, and there is just a nice walk with the family. To the historical center of the city just 7 minutes walk to the beautiful promenade-9 minutes.
