Energy Certificate (Certificado de Eficiencia Energética) is an official document confirming the energy efficiency of a property in Spain. It contains information about energy consumption and CO2 emissions, as well as assigns a building a class of energy efficiency ranging from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
What is the Energy Certificate used for?

Where to obtain an Energy Certificate

The Energy Certificate is valid for 10 years. After this period, a new certificate must be obtained.
