The house also includes a large 40 m2 yard with a barbecue area and parking space, a private heated pool. The villa is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and relaxation: new furniture, appliances (including coffee maker and toaster), dishes, linens, and towels. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, SMART TV, and WIFI. It can accommodate up to 7 people. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited!
