Cozy apartment for rent in a house with a swimming pool near the "Park of Nations"! The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a French kitchen and a terrace overlooking the pool. the area is 62 m2. The apartment is designed for a maximum of six people. It has everything you need to stay: bed linen, towels, dishes and electrical appliances. TV, WIFI, the apartment has a comfortable massage chair. There is a communal swimming pool. Near the house is the most famous Park in Torrevieja, "Park of Nations". It hosts various festive events, and it's just nice to walk with your family. The historic city centre is just a 7-minute walk away, and the beautiful promenade is a 9 — minute walk away. There are grocery shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Prices per week: low season 315 € or 45 € per night in high season 525 euros or 75 euros per night in high season € 770 or € 110 per night.
