We offer for rent a cozy apartment by the sea, about 200 m from the sandy beach of Asequion and 10-15 minutes walk from the Central promenade of Torrevieja, parks. 2-room apartment 6-7 people in beds. The fifth floor of a 5-storey building, with an Elevator. Balcony with a view of the Park. The kitchen is separate. Bathroom with shower and bidet. The large bedroom has a 135 cm bed, the small bedroom has 4 90 cm beds. there is a Sofa bed in the living room. 6-7 people can rest comfortably. TV, WIFI, air conditioning. PRICES:

- low season — 45 euros per night or 315 euros per week

- average season — 75 euros per night or 525 euros per week

- high season — 120 euros per night or 840 euros per week

Additional fee for final cleaning is 65 euros. The Deposit is 200 euros, which will be returned if the property is safe.
