Apartment in one of the most prestigious urbanizations of the city — Aldea del Mar. Near the residence there is a large swimming pool and a Park. The apartment is located on 2 floors, has an area of 75 m2, consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom, an American kitchen and a terrace. The city beach of Los Locos is just 100 metres away! Restaurants, shops, bars are within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need to stay: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, TV. Wi-Fi included in the price.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

Entrance to the pool is paid, the cost is about 8 euros, but when you buy a subscription for a few days the price is reduced.

The cost of rent depends on the season and is per week:

350 euros (50 euros per day) in the low season,

490 (70 euros per day) in the middle season and

980 (140 euros per day) in the high season.

Additional expenses:

- 75 euros paid once upon arrival for the final cleaning

- 200 euros - a deposit that is returned subject to the preservation of property
