Within a five-minute drive - LA ZENIA BOLEVAR commercial center and HABANERAS shopping center, Torrevieja tennis and yacht clubs, and within a radius of only a few kilometers - Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca golf clubs. A great place to walk.

The price per week of rent depends on the season and is:

490 euros in low season or - 70 euros per day,

1050 in medium or 150 euros per day,

1750 in high season - 250 euros per day.

- 400 euros - a deposit, which is returned, subject to the safety of the property

- final cleaning — 105 euros, paid 1 time upon arrival.
