Cozy apartment in a house with a swimming pool next to a large Park "Nations". The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a French kitchen and a terrace with panoramic views of the picturesque Park, lake and mountains. The apartment has an area of 62 m2 and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for living: bed linen, towels, dishes and electrical appliances. TV, WIFI.. There is a shared swimming pool. Near the house is the most famous Park in Torrevieja, the "Park of Nations". It hosts various festive events, and it's just nice to take a walk with your family. The historical center of the city is only 7 minutes on foot, and the beautiful promenade is 9 minutes away. There are grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby.

Prices per week:

in the low season, 350 euros or 50 euros per night,

in the middle season, 525 euros or 75 euros per night and

in the high season, 770 euros or 110 euros per night.

Additional expenses:

- 80 euros for final cleaning, paid once upon check-in

- a Deposit of 200 euros, which is returned subject to the safety of the property
