Cozy 3-room apartment after renovation with two bedrooms for your holiday! Located on one of the main streets of the city, near the sea. Shops, bars, a polyclinic and restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms and a large living room with a balcony, which is nice to sit on at night. From the windows and balcony there is a picturesque view of the park and the pool. There is everything you need for living and recreation: a fully equipped kitchen with household appliances, including a dishwasher, dishes, bed linen and towels, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, kitchen. The apartment has a TV, as well as wireless Internet access (included in the price). It can accommodate up to 6 people.

The rental price depends on the season and is:

- 50 euros per night or 350 per week - in low season,

- 95 euros per night or 665 per week - on average,

- 140 per night or 980 euros-in high.

- 80 euros for cleaning, paid once upon check-in.

- 200 euro security deposit, which is returned subject to the safety of the property.
