There are many restaurants nearby, also on the territory of urbanization, but music and noise are inaudible, the street near the house is quiet, the urbanization is calm. Many cozy cafes and bars are located all along the coast. There is a city bus stop not far from the house.
The rental price depends on the season and is per week:
280 (40 night) euros in low season,
525 (75 night) in medium and
840 (120 night) in high.
- 60 euros for cleaning, paid once upon check-in.
- A deposit of 150 euros, which is returned subject to the safety of the property.
